ONE DIRECTION CONCERT

OH MY GOODNESS. Last night, I went to the One Direction concert in Baltimore and it was amazing. First of all, we were really lucky to sit on the floor, and it was so cool to actually see them up close. Here are some of my thoughts:

-Harry Styles: Okay so I love Harry, so I wasn't surprised by my inability to breathe when he first walked onstage. I'm the first to admit that he needs a haircut, but his hair only added to the performance. Harry's voice was off the charts too, and he was really talkative which I was extremely grateful for. I WAS ACTUALLY IN THE SAME ROOM AS HARRY STYLES LAST NIGHT. That's crazyyy.

-The Music: Holy Moly, the songs were so much better in person than they were on the actual album. "Drag me Down" got me real emotional (along with all of the other songs). "No Control" was amazing. But, my favorite song was "Girl Almighty" because it just makes my heart happy :-)

-Our sign: Our sign was two sided (it's pictured above). The first side said, "Can we fall one more time?" with pictures of Harry, Niall, and Liam falling. The other side had the "Life" logo on it with a picture of Harry looking like the Quaker Oats guy. We felt a little famous with the second side of our sign. People would come up to us and ask for pictures with it which was kinda cool. Other people would do a sort of soft smile and then try to subtly point out the sign to their friends who would also do an awkward soft smiles.

-Ishmael: We had a creepy faceless doll thing that we wrote Ishmael on. We were going to throw it on the stage, but then we decided to dance with it instead. (Pictured above). If you don't know who in the world Ishmael is, it's Harry's "son" he made up a while ago.

-Icona Pop: Icona Pop wasn't my favorite, but that's just me. Their whole performance felt a little awkward.

-My Shirt: I wore a shirt that said "I ship Karry." with an edit of Harry and me (If you didn't already know, I make edits of me and Harry- you can find them on my instagram- kybee13). I got some compliments, but a whole lot of weird looks, but I LOVE it... and plan on wearing it for the next 50 years.

It was an amazing night, and I had such a fun time dancing/screaming my heart out. S/O to One Direction for being the greatest of ALL TIME. SO GOOOOD.

High Five: My five favorite things this week

1. Cupcake Wars
Okay, so, Cupcake Wars has been on the Food Network for quite a while, but I'm obsessed all of the sudden! I love to bake, and every time I watch it I feel the urge to line some cupcake tins and bake things. It also gets really intense, because it is a competition. There are some cheesy moments, but I still love it.

2. "Drag Me Down" by One Direction
I am a HUGE One Direction fan, and I was heartbroken when Zayn left, but this single is SO good! I love Harry a lot, so I really liked his notes towards the end of the song. Great, just great.

3.  Metallic Sharpies
They are so fun! I have the silver, gold, and bronze ones and I've been using them nonstop. They also make for really cool DIY projects on binders and notebooks.

4. Gabriella Lindley (aka Gabby) on YouTube
I watch YouTube all the time, and I just now discovered Gabby! She seems so sweet and she's hilarious. I especially love her vlogging channel, seeing as she just "moved house" to London. She is also starting a home interior line with Primark which is AWESOME.

5. All the Bright Places by Jennifer Niven
I originally saw this book in a favorites video on Zoella's channel. It instantly piqued my interests, so I was so excited when my mom ordered it on Amazon. It came. I read it in a day. I cried like a baby. Read it.

That's it for this week! Let me know if you try/watch/use/listen to/read any of these!
